Relaxing overall experience. Reasonably large and air-conditioned room, everything was beautiful. Good and incredible location easy walk to Pasaje de la Revolucion. Climate control, a private safe and pay TV in the room and the good bed. Extensive breakfast with beans and gluten or lactose, for example and top-class staff.

The stay here was decent for a weekend. I had fairly quiet and luxurious room to myself with big bathroom, single beds and very strong.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to downtown attractions and in a calm area outside of the city center. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a brief 5-minute walk to the center. The rooms were also wonderful. We were able to easily enjoy dinner at Los Almendros, which was conveniently located just steps away. Additionally, having on-site parking made our stay even more convenient.

Bathroom's not very clean, elevators aren't working properly.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the center of attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a large pool to enjoy. it is a great choice for a family with kids visiting the city.

The decorative pillows and sheets were dirty and needed to be changed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in Merida City central area, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The location in a calm area outside of the city center provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff at this place were incredibly service oriented and very keen to help sort out any issues, which was wonderful. The room amenities were top-notch, with features like air conditioning, in-room safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring enhanced comfort during my stay. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, amenities, and location make it a fantastic choice for a stay in Merida.

It was a relaxing experience. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a central area, near to charming restaurants, the central square, and center of attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed good location and the friendly service of the team. Centro de Merida district was worth visiting.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The location was perfect, close to the main plaza and nice restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Joel, Wendy, and Pablo at the reception.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.
